Terms and Conditions
1. Will provide warranty on hardware no warranty will be provided on software.
2. Will provide one year on site warranty.
3. Will provide 3 month warranty on laptop battery and laptop charger.
4. Warranty will not including any physical damages to laptop / desktop.
5. Will attend your problem within 24 hours. on remote call in case client location visit required will take at least 48-72 hours to provide support
Warranty not covered for Screen Issue Support. Like:- Dot on Screen and lines on Screen.
6. On-site Warranty means here:- devices will be collected from client place to our service center and delivered to client place after services done. We are not bound to repair or restore issues on the spot or on client site within any specific time limit.
